Cleaning the glass and leaving a rim of grime around the edge is the difference between a window that looks clean and one that is clean, and the tracks are where most of the dirt lives.
Brisbane windows collect a specific mix: dust off the road, salt if you are anywhere near the bay, and hard-water spotting from sprinklers and from the last person who hosed them. All three come off.
Windows as part of a bigger job
Most of our window work happens alongside a house wash or a pre-sale cleanup, and that is the sensible order: there is no point cleaning glass before the walls above it are washed down.

Not any more. We used to, and decided to focus on what we do best rather than do a middling job of everything. If you need insides done, we would rather tell you straight than take the booking.
Do I need to be home?
No. Externals only means we never need to come inside. Just make sure the windows themselves are shut.
What about second-storey windows?
Fine, and reflected in the quote. Height means more setup and slower work.
Will hard-water spots come off?
Usually. Long-established mineral etching in the glass itself sometimes will not fully clear, and if that is what we are looking at, we tell you before we start.
Can you do the flyscreens?
We can clean them. We no longer do flyscreen replacement.
