People hear "pressure cleaning" and picture a wand blasting the side of a house. On cladding that is exactly how you strip paint, force water behind boards and blow out old sealant. Almost all of a house wash is soft washing: low pressure, with the chemistry killing the mould and the rinse carrying it away.
What you get back is more than a cleaner wall. Mould and lichen hold moisture against the surface, so getting them off is maintenance, not just cosmetics.

Old timber casement windows leak, so we take specific precautions there. Mature planting sits hard against the walls, so plants get covered and rinsed. Do I need to be home?
No. Close your windows and doors and you can go to work. This matters more than usual on a house wash, particularly with older timber casement windows.
Will it strip my paint?
Not the way we do it. We use low pressure on cladding for exactly that reason. Sound paint is fine; paint that is already failing will show it up, which is worth knowing before rather than after.
What about my garden?
Plants get covered and rinsed. Around Graceville and Chelmer, where planting is right against the house, that is a real part of the job.
Do you do the windows too?
We offer external window cleaning from $145, and it makes sense to book it alongside a house wash.
Do you use my water and power?
We bring our own power, pressure gear and chemical. Water depends on the job: we carry some on the trailer and may need an outside tap, so mention it when you book if yours is hard to reach.
