What it actually costs
Posh Wash publishes its prices. Across Brisbane's southside and western suburbs, a driveway starts from $250, a roof clean from $600 and a house wash from $450. Below is what pushes a quote above that, so you can work out roughly where you sit before ringing anyone. Quotes are free with no obligation.
External windows from $145, solar from $200, driveways and gutters from $250, house washes from $450, roofs from $600.

Starting prices
How much does pressure cleaning cost in Brisbane?
Genuine starting points for a straightforward job, not teaser numbers nobody ever pays. All prices in AUD.
| Service | Price | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Driveway or concrete pressure clean | From$250 | Standard double driveway, sound concrete, reasonable access |
| Roof clean | From$600 | Tile or metal. Gutters cleared as part of the job |
| Full house wash | From$450 | Exterior walls, low pressure. Single storey. Pre-paint and pre-sale prep |
| Soft washing | From$450 | Render, paint, delicate surfaces and old roof coatings |
| Gutter clean | From$250 | Standalone. Priced differently alongside a roof clean |
| Solar panel clean | From$200 | Deionised water, no detergents, no pressure |
| External window clean | From$145 | Glass, frames and tracks. Externals only |
| Commercial, strata and schools | Quoted | Quoted per site. One-off or on a maintenance cycle |
| Terracotta roof treatment | Quoted | Quoted per roof, priced across the visits |
| Travertine, sandstone and fresh concrete | Quoted | Quoted per job, low pressure only |
| Oil stain treatment | Quoted | Add-on to a driveway clean, not sold on its own |
A roof, house wash and driveway together in one visit costs meaningfully less than three separate call-outs, because most of the cost is getting the gear there and setting it up.
What changes the price
Six things that move a quote above the starting price
They are the same six for every operator in Brisbane. Anyone quoting a flat rate sight unseen is guessing, or planning to renegotiate on the day.
Size
Square metres of surface. The most obvious factor and usually the biggest.
Height and pitch
Two storeys means harness work, slower movement and more setup. A steep roof more so again.
Access
Narrow side setbacks, steep blocks, no room for the trailer. Camp Hill and the older inner suburbs are full of these.
Condition
Cleaned two years ago is a different job from never touched in fifteen with an inch of lichen on it.
Surface type
Travertine, sandstone, painted render and old terracotta need slower low-pressure methods, which cost more per square metre than blasting concrete.
Distance
We are based on Brisbane's southside. The further outside our usual patch, the more travel is in the price.
What is included
What you get at every price
Free quote, no obligation
From photos most of the time. A free site visit when the property is large or complicated.
No surprise variations
If what we find on site is materially different, you hear about it before we start, not on the invoice.
Gutters with every roof clean
Cleared as part of the roof job, every time. How it is priced shows on the quote.
Plants covered and rinsed
Garden beds soaked, covered where it matters and rinsed again when we finish.
Debris taken away
Gutter waste leaves with us. It is not left in a pile beside the bin.
No travel charge on our normal run
Across the southside and western suburbs. Well outside it, we tell you at quote time.
Where we will talk you out of spending
Jobs we would rather not take your money for
Telling you at the quote stage saves us both a bad afternoon.
Oil stains on unsealed concrete
Usually cannot be fully removed by anyone. We will often get them a lot lighter, but if you are paying in the hope they disappear, do not. The full explanation.
Weeds between pavers
We remove most of them, not all. Anything rooted deep in the sand base comes back, along with the jointing sand that goes with them.
Solar panels cleaned last year
Probably do not need doing again yet. Ask us to look before you book.
Roofs past saving
Some old terracotta needs a roofer, not a cleaner. We will put a drone up and show you rather than take the money and hand back the same problem.
Freshly laid concrete
Often better left until it has cured. Pressure on green concrete etches it permanently, and that is a resurfacing job.
A job we usually advise against
Weeds between pavers
We can blast them out and it looks great for a fortnight. What you cannot see is the jointing sand going with them, which is why they come back thicker.

Straight answers on price
How much does pressure cleaning cost in Brisbane?
With Posh Wash, a standard double driveway starts from $250, a roof clean from $600, a single-storey house wash from $450, a gutter clean from $250, solar panels from $200 and external windows from $145. Quotes are free and there is no obligation.
Is it cheaper to book several services together?
Yes. A roof, house wash and driveway together in one visit costs meaningfully less than three separate call-outs, because most of the cost is getting the gear there and setting it up.
Why do you show "from" prices?
Because a single-storey roof on a flat block and a two-storey roof on a steep block are different jobs. The "from" figure is a genuine starting point for a straightforward job, not a teaser number nobody pays.
Can I get a firm price from a photo?
Most of the time, yes. Send a photo of whatever needs doing and the suburb. On larger or complicated properties we will say we would rather look, and that visit is free.
Do you charge for travel?
Not within our normal run across Brisbane's southside and western suburbs. A long way outside it, we will tell you at quote time.
