Sent with the quote on request, to you, your body corporate manager or your agent, rather than waiting to be chased.

Safe Work Method Statements for the site and the specific tasks, not a generic template with your address typed in.
Working around people
Residents, staff, students and customers. We schedule around occupancy, cordon properly and keep hoses off walkways.
Drone inspection
Multi-storey and difficult roofs inspected and documented from the air, which gives committees something to actually look at.
Photo documentation
Before and after photos on request, useful for committee minutes and for showing owners where the levy went.
One point of contact

Strata, business, schools and rentals
Body corporate and strata
Common area driveways and paths, visitor parking, entry statements, letterbox surrounds, pool areas, rendered fencing, external walls and common gutters. A lot of our strata work is around Corinda, Indooroopilly and the western suburbs, much of it on a repeating schedule so it never reaches the stage where owners complain.
Business premises
Shopfronts, entrances, awnings, loading areas and car parks. Almost always done outside trading hours.
Schools, kindergartens and childcare
Play areas, walkways, shade structures, undercover areas and buildings. Scheduled in holidays or after hours as a matter of course, with the compliance side sorted before we arrive.
Rentals and property management
A steady share of our work comes from agents around Indooroopilly, Kenmore and Chapel Hill, usually mould on exteriors. Between tenancies is the easy window, and we can quote from photos if access is the hard part.
