Posh Wash Pressure Cleaning is a small, owner-run exterior cleaning business serving Brisbane's southside and western suburbs, now run by Luke. We clean roofs, driveways, houses, gutters, windows and solar panels, with prices from $145 published up front. Call Luke on 0490 791 059 or book online.
Posh Wash was built over about three years by its founder, Ben, into a well-reviewed exterior cleaning business on Brisbane's southside. In September 2026 Ben handed over the keys to Luke, a local Annerley lad who had worked alongside him for the five months before, learning every part of the job: roofs, driveways, house washes, done the Posh Wash way.
Luke now owns and runs Posh Wash. In Ben's own words on the handover: "Same ute, same gear, same standard."
That is also why you will see Ben's name in a lot of our 144 Google reviews. They were written before the handover, and the standard they describe is the one we work to.
How we work
A small, owner-run crew of one to four people depending on the job. The people who quote your job are the people who do it.
Nothing subcontracted out, and nobody sent onto a roof they have not been trained to walk.
Prices published up front, and a straight answer when a job is not worth your money.
The method matched to the surface: pressure where it is sound, a soft wash where it is not.
On the toolsA Posh Wash roof clean, harness on, high above the southside.
What we stand for
The Gold Standard: Every Wash, Every Time.
Quality and fast
Quality, cheap, fast: pick two. We pick quality and fast, and we will not be the cheapest quote you get.
We will talk you out of it
Oil stains, weeds in pavers, panels cleaned last year, roofs past saving. The jobs we turn down.

Great service, on time and really good job. Thank you Posh Wash for making our house look a lot better. We were referred to them by a family member and will use Posh Wash again.
