Why it matters
Why do Brisbane gutters need cleaning?
A blocked gutter in a Brisbane summer is a water problem, not a tidiness problem. When a storm dumps 40mm in twenty minutes and the gutters cannot take it, the water goes over the edge, back under the eaves or into the fascia. By the time you can see damage from the ground, it has usually been happening for a while.
Leaf litter also holds moisture against the metal, which is how gutters rust from the inside out and fail years earlier than they should.
What we actually do
Clear the gutters properly rather than pushing debris along to the next section, check and clear the downpipes, and take the waste with us. If we find damage, such as cracked seams, rusted-through sections or soft fascia, we tell you and show you a photo. We do not fix gutters, so there is nothing in it for us to invent a problem.

We can. A drone is useful on steep or high roofs where getting up just to look is not worth the risk, and you see exactly what we see.
Do you clear downpipes too?
Yes, we check and clear them. A clean gutter feeding a blocked downpipe has not really been fixed.
